The R&G headlight shield for Yamaha safeguards the expensive headlight lens from damage. Strong acrylic construction 2.5mm thick defends against bugs, stones and projectile debris to prevent scratches, scrapes and surface pitting. This sleek headlight shield does not require mounting brackets or modifications to keep your expensive OEM lens safe as they are neatly secured with transparent Dual Lock 3M “reclosable fasteners”. UV-stabilized acrylic is utilized to maintain superior optical clarity that will not turn yellow over time so your headlight can project the maximum amount of light. Fitment is very precise as a CNC machine cuts the acrylic so it contours perfectly with the shape of the original lens.
